Online Banking Update
We will be upgrading our online banking system (NetTeller) beginning on 9/26/22 at 4:00 pm and ending on 9/27/22 at 9:00 am. During this time our online banking system will not be accessible. We will have a new online banking system (Banno) that will be available on 9/27/22 after 9:00 am. The Banno system will have new updated security features and a new online banking app (My Alden State Bank) available for your mobile device.

Visa Travel Exceptions
If you will be using your Debit or ATM card while traveling, please contact us three (3) days prior to your trip to let us know the dates and destination. We will provide this information to our Fraud Prevention Services in order to prevent your card from being blocked due to “out of the ordinary transactions.” We will need the last four (4) numbers of your card, destination(s) and date(s). We also strongly encourage you to verify your contact information with us to ensure that you are able to be reached in the event of suspected fraudulent activity. Please contact the Visa Department at email@example.com or 1-877-331-4481 to inform us of your travel plans and update your contact information, if needed.
